Roselle was Michael Hingson’s guide dog and trusted companion for many years. Her life and her heroic actions on 9/11 inspired the formation of The Roselle’s Dream Foundation. The mission of the foundation is to assist the blind with obtaining new technologies empowering them to learn, to work, and to maximize their success in today’s challenging world.

Ron is an Ohio native whose professional life started in Los Angeles where he founded the graphic design company, Ron Burns Design. There his work won over high-profile clients including Dick Clark Productions, Xerox, and Blue Cross. Ron occasionally used painting as a pastime to deal with the intense pressures of commercial work. He explored various styles and subject matter until finally he started painting vibrant portraits of dogs.

Roselle’s story alone warrants a worthy tribute, but the fact that her story – which is one of bravery, loyalty and love – can come full circle and, through my art, help even more people couldn’t be more fitting.”
